Christine has worked on a huge variety of projects dealing with all aspects that affect employees in business, from recruitment and training, to pay, dismissal and redundancy.

Recent projects involve undertaking a series of recruitment assignments for NiTech Solutions Limited and introducing a performance management system for The BIG Partnership.

PeopleXtra has also undertaken a survey of employers, to determine the challenges faced following the introduction of the Age Discrimination regulations. The results were published in the Hr NETWORK (SCOTLAND) magazine.
